Terms and Conditions of Agreement

Program Name:  No Justificuses/ Rip the Band-Aid off.
The owner, Priorities Inc, LLC., shall provide the following: 

27 guided lessons, released weekly, curated by owner that include:

1. Deanna Rossi on recorded video each week coaching the client through the content of each chapter of her book, No Justificuses.

2. Written content from No Justificuses.

3. Weekly assignments & action items.

4. Once Monthly Live Zooms with Deanna Rossi and the No Justificuses community.

5. Weekly Emails from Deanna. 

Disclosure: This is not a coaching program and Deanna Rossi will not be available for personal coaching though this purchase. She may invest time at her discretion to personally communicate via email with participants. The time and amount of communication is at Deanna’s sole discretion and may not be disseminated equally for each participant.

Confidentiality Guarantee: Your answers to the assignments and information confided in Deanna will not be shared with the public without your consent.

The cost of the program is $1000.00 up front or 6 equal monthly payments of $250.00 per month. The duration of the program is 6 months with bonus to include 27 lessons. The price is non-refundable and the program is non-cancellable and non-transferable, and non-sharable. The purchaser agrees to make either a non-refundable, non-cancellable lump sum $1000 payment or non-refundable, non-cancellable 6 monthly payments on a monthly basis. If the program is purchased on the monthly installment plan, the purchaser agrees to provide a credit card and authorizes the owner, kajabi, stripe, and or paypal processing services to charge the monthly fee on the 30 day anniversary of original purchase and each 30 days thereafter. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the course content and materials are the sole property of the owner, are copywritten, and that such material cannot be distributed or used in any manner without the express written consent of the owner.  User shall not disseminate the material to a third party without the express permission of Owner.
Information provided pursuant to the course and materials is provided solely for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.Owner is not liable for any claimed damages or expenses as a result of course content or materials. Priorities Inc. LLC reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this site and incorporated herein.  This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the state of Ohio and user consents to the venue of Mahoning County Ohio. The parties further consent to binding arbitration and expressly waive the right to sue in a court of law.
